Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are intact to prevent damage to delicate hardware or leather finishes during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
